Line Cooks
Compensation:
- $16-18/hr. + Tip Share
- Weekly Pay – Direct Deposit Available
- 2 Weeks Paid Vacation (Eligible after 60 Days)

Duties:
- Responsible for preparing and presenting food in accordance with the approved menu, standards, and guidelines as determined by management
- Supervise the work of the kitchen staff during the shift to ensure all Tasks and Checklists are completed in a timely manner
- Assess the quality of food and adhere to rotation practices to eliminate waste and the risk of contamination
- Ensure kitchen operations comply with Virginia Department of Health regulations
- Assist the Manager with creating Specials and Special Menus
- Assist the Manager with Production Schedules
- Assist the Manager with Ordering
- Train Line Cooks on all stations
- Attend all Mandatory Meetings
Qualifications:
- Available for Full Time Employment of 35+ hrs./week
- Available for Nights and Weekends
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Proven Line Cook Experience
- ServSafe Manager or comparable certification
- Experience with involved prep work
- Experience with all kitchen equipment types
- Experience in a High-Volume Kitchen environment
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Able to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as directed by company policy
- Able to work in an environment where temperatures may vary greatly; and temperatures may exceed 100°
- Can work standing for 8 to 10 hours with frequent walking
- Ability to lift and carry items of 40lbs.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to Lead, Motivate, Supervise and Evaluate subordinate employees
Front Of House Wait Staff
Compensation:
- $8/ hr. + Tips+ Tip Share

Duties:
- Responsible for preparing beverages and presenting food in accordance with the approved menu, standards, and guidelines as determined by management
- Assess the quality of food and adhere to company policies to eliminate waste and the risk of contamination
- Ensure dining room operations comply with Virginia Department of Health regulations
- Complete all daily and weekly side work duties as assigned by management
- Handle money, take payment, make change and turn in checkouts/cash responsibly
- Attend all Mandatory Meetings
Qualifications:
- Available for Nights and Weekends
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- At least 3 years high volume restaurant experience
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Able to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as directed by company policy
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to multitask, ensuring high quality of food and drink product as well as guest experience
- Can work standing for 8 to 10 hours with frequent walking
- Ability to bend, squat, lift and stretch in order to clean effectively
- Understanding of basic POS use
- Able to make basic bar drinks as well as follow house recipes for cocktails
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to self motivate through tasks and shift
