The Mill on MacArthur is located in the historic Bellevue district of Northside in Richmond, Virginia. A family-friendly restaurant, The Mill serves home-style food, focusing on locally farmed produce that is seasonally available and locally raised poultry and beef. Begining on MAY 24TH and continuing on the fourth Tuesday of each month, mention Holton Elementary School at the time of your pruchase and we will donate 5% of the total to support the KNOW YOUR VEGGIES program.

WHAT IS KNOW YOUR VEGGIES?
This program introduces Holton students to a seasonal Virginia grown vegetable or fruit every month to foster an
environment where kids get excited about eating vegetables and start to develop healthy habits. Local Chefs Ellie Basch
and Sally Schmidt, along with some of their colleagues from WCR and Chefs Move to Schools, visit Holton almost weekly
to work with staff, students, and parents on food preparation/tastings etc.
